Like so many of you reading, we are absolutely devastated by the loss created by the wildfires in California, and all the families affected. We have made a donation to Baby2Baby which provides families with basic necessities. Our hearts are with California during this time.

I read an email the other day wishing everyone a warm welcome to the year, and it really stuck out to me. I love that idea - a warm welcome, or a soft approach into the year. It feels way more nurturing, comfortable and attainable than the usual - new year, new you, or the re-invent yourself routine.
Ahead of our annual Wellness Week kicking off tomorrow, I wanted to share a few of the easy practices and supplements I've been loving over the past 6 months that really help enhance my wellness regimen.
Soft style
Whether its because of the calendar or the colder weather (yes even in Miami lately), I'm definitely gravitating towards feeling cozy, layered and wanting a softer style when it comes to my makeup and style.
My makeup is all about Sunset Glow bronzer on my cheeks and as eyeshadow, with Prime Skin Beauty Oil and Soft Blur as my priming base under foundation. We have a gorgeous new Lip Color Stick launching in early spring which is this soft pinky-coral shade, and I've been wearing it non-stop.
My style this month is all about a soft reset. Feeling comfortable and cozy but pulled together and polished. I'm layering an oversized cashmere sweater over my workout sets, and am actually waiting on a pair of Ugg slippers to be delivered as we speak. I'm still into denim on denim and monochromatic looks head to toe, with a pair of loafers, and when I'm in Toronto later this month, I'm eyeing this gorgeous coat at 6 by Gee Beauty.

Supercharged coffee
Every morning I supercharge my coffee by adding Holi(Mane) which is made with Marine collagen and pearl powder to promote healthy skin, hair and nails. Sleep routine
Being way more consistent with the timing of my sleep routine and wind-down process is so key for me. My wind-down starts after dinner with my mint tea and 1 scoop of Goddess All Inulin Prebiotic to help with digestion. About an hour or so later I take my supplements and then get my bath ready, do my skincare routine, dim the lights in the bedroom and then body care post-bath.
I take Agent Nateur Calm (Beauty) every night for a deeper, less interrupted sleep. It's calming, relaxing, travel-friendly, and really works. Spermadine works to support cellular rejuvenation (hello anti-aging at the cellular level), it speeds up tissue regeneration (think repair), and helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Taurine helps regulate our stress-response, promotes a grounding calm, and enhances our natural production of melatonin. I also love this on a flight if you need some travel-related calmness.

Over the holidays I made a conscious effort to really de-clutter and organize. I've been working on my beauty cabinet, supplements drawer, pantry, fridge as well as my closet. Each one is it's own project and commitment (because once you start you can't stop!) and I know I'll feel amazing when it's accomplished.
I've really been using up what's in my fridge, meal-prepping and trying new local grocery shops and markets. I love discovering new favorite places!
