US Online Returns
MAKEUP
If you try a Gee Beauty makeup or brush product that you don’t completely love or isn’t the right shade, you can make a return for a 50% refund to the original payment method (*minus a $10 shipping fee for the return). Additionally, you will receive a 15% discount code sent to you, to be used toward your next makeup purchase, to be used within 30 days of your return approval.
Return In The Mail
- To return your order in the mail, please send an email to contact@geebeauty.com with order number & reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your return will be processed, and your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. A 50% refund to the original payment method (*minus a $10 shipping fee for the return). - Please note that items purchased at the Gee Beauty Miami studio or via the Gee Beauty Miami website (www.geebeauty.com) may not be returned by mail to the Gee Beauty Miami studio.
- Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable).
Return In-Studio
- Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to the Gee Beauty studio. Please note that items purchased at the Gee Beauty Miami studio or via the Gee Beauty Miami (www.geebeauty.com) website may not be returned to the Gee Beauty studio.
- All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be sure to bring valid photo identification and the original method of payment for verification purposes. Your return will be issued back in the form of a Gee Beauty Miami studio credit.
- Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached.
- Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Gee Beauty and that Gee Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
- Sales are final on all Gee Beauty makeup + brushes, gift cards and sale/promotional items.
You May Not Receive A Refund If...
If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached and/or not in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.
Out Of Stock Items
Gee Beauty always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event this should happen our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product. You may also sign-up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back-in-stock.
Damaged Items
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at contact@geebeauty.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
