If for a particular reason something doesn’t work out, please reach out to us within 7 days and we can find a solution together.
If you try a Gee Beauty makeup or brush product that you don’t completely love or isn’t the right shade, you can make a return for a 50% refund to the original payment method (*minus a $10 shipping fee for the return). Additionally, you will receive a 15% discount code sent to you, to be used toward your next makeup purchase, to be used within 30 days of your return approval.
We do not offer exchanges on any Gee Beauty makeup or brush products.
You May Not Receive A Refund If...
If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached and/or not in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.
Gee Beauty always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event this should happen our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product. You may also sign-up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back-in-stock.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at info@geebeauty.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
