Today I'm sharing my workouts, wellness routine, and weekend beauty looks + style.
PLUS I'm making my favorite summertime cocktail with perfect timing for happy hour!
I love a great weekend class on Saturdays, usually, it's a HIIT workout with @rachel_fitness or a hot pilates class at FUZE in Sunset Harbour. I like to change it up on the weekends from my weekday at-home or walking workouts.
Next, I love to go to Bodyroll for the lymphatic drainage massage machines to really help relieve sore muscles, help detox and smooth the body. I grab a green smoothie at Sunlife Organics or lunch at Pura Vida.
I aim for at least 3 litres of water on the weekends, while I run errands, and shop for flowers and organic groceries. I head home to organize, change and usually head to the beach in the afternoon.
I usually end up wearing less makeup on the weekends, and always apply SPF in the AM and early afternoon if I'm outside all day. I dab a little Foundation Multi-Stick under my eyes and apply extra Blushbeam and Warm Glow Bronzer.

Everyone loves an Aperol Spritz - they're fresh and fruity and feel festive and summertime. It's all about lots of ice, fresh oranges and fun apps like castelvetrano olives, almonds, crudité and homemade guacamole and my favorite hummus from @twistedwheat.
