Returns

Online purchases may be returned to the Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store location or by mail, within 14 days of the purchase date, for store credit only. Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Gee Beauty and that Gee Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
Exchanges are available in-store only.

Sales are final on all cosmetics, gift cards and sale and promotional items.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and duty costs for any items returned by mail.

TO RETURN TO STORE:

  1. Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to the Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store. Please note that items purchased at the Gee Beauty Toronto store or via the Gee Beauty Toronto (www.geebeauty.ca) website may not be returned to the Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store.
  2. All items must have their originals tags attached and be in their original packaging, if possible.
  3. Be sure to bring the credit card you used to make your online purchase and valid photo identification. Your refund will be for Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store credit.

TO RETURN BY MAIL:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page, referencing your order confirmation number with your request to return your item(s), before returning the item(s). We will issue a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package or goods will not be accepted at time of delivery.
  2. You can take your package to the nearest Post office or Mailbox (to find a location, please visit www.usps.com). Alternatively, you may call USPS customer service to schedule a pick up at your home. Please keep your USPS receipt for tracking purposes.
  3. Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must have their original tags attached or be in their original packaging, if possible.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, then your return will be processed, and your refund will be made in the form of Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store credit.
  6. Please note that items purchased at the Gee Beauty Toronto store or via the Gee Beauty Toronto website (www.geebeauty.ca) may not be returned by mail to the Gee Beauty Bal Harbour store or website (www.geebeauty.com).

IF THE REFUND POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED:

If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached and/or in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.
